Suggested Use

Adults: Take 1 capsule daily with food or as directed by your health-care practitioner.Duration of use: Consult a health-care practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.Cautions and waings: Consult a health-care practitioner prior to use if you have any type of acute infection.Contraindications: Do not use if you have high blood pressure or if you are taking health products that affect blood coagulation (e.g. blood thinners, clotting factor replacements, acetylsalicylic acid, ibuprofen, fish oils, or vitamin E), as this may increase the risk of spontaneous bleeding. Do not use if you are pregnant or breast-feeding. Consult a health-care practitioner prior to use if you have a liver disorder; if you are taking sedative drugs; if you are taking prescription medications; if you have celiac disease, fat malabsorption, or vitamin A, D, or E deficiency. Discontinue use and consult a health-care practitioner if yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes, dark urine, nausea, vomiting, unusual tiredness, weakness, stomach or abdominal pain, and/or loss of appetite occurs, as these may be symptoms of liver disease ; or if symptoms persist or worsen. Discontinue use if you experience dizziness, sweating, muscle cramping/twitching, hyperactivity/anxiety, decreased appetite, or gastrointestinal irritation.Known adverse reactions: Some people may experience diarrhea, nausea, gastrointestinal irritation, dry mouth and/or fatigue; in which case, discontinue use.Ingredients
